Please know that the idea of this website is for the purpose of the following, related to, though not limited to: sale and purchase of NFTs, digital art and other digital assets as described herein. For the sale and purchase of physical items, please feel free to visit our sister site, www.taskhall.com.

For returns and refunds, please contact the seller. If you have an issue with the sale or purchase that is deemed to warrant an issue, it is at our discretion, e.g. myTaskHall, as to if and how we may reach out to the seller.. If a resolution is not able to be done, we may do one of the following depending upon the circumstances, related to, though not limited to: ban of our site and services, as well as contacting law enforcement if an act has breached/broken laws.

myTaskhall does not accept returns for the following items:

  • Some jewelry orders
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Grocery products
  • Fresh flowers and live indoor plants
  • Open software
  • Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product detail page)
  • Live insects
  • Items classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)

  • myTaskhall does not accept returns for items fulfilled by third-party sellers. The seller determines the return policy. If you have issues, please contact us.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are the responsibility of the seller. The sale of products and/or services makes www.mytaskhall.com not responsible for any issues as a result of the circumstance. We hope and believe that a resolution can be made, though as a result of the corona-virus, certain items may not be able to be exchanged and/or refunded. Though at the same time, if an item is broken and/or damaged, it would be the responsibility of the sender to likely replace or refund the item.
